Prices are per week per apartment.
From Sunday to Sunday bookings are available.
All the self catering apartments have a living room, a cooking area, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, TV SAT and safe, also air conditioning in available on request. The apartments are also equipped with linen on request. There is a self-service laundry corner with coin-operated washing machine. Prices include: electricity, water, gas, one parking space and beach service (one beach umbrella, one sun bed and one sun lounger). WI-FI free. The apartment is considered available from 15.00 on the day of arrival to 09.30 on the day of departure.
Final cleaning € 90. Extra for pets: additional fee for final cleaning € 100. DEPOSIT € 300
Extra charge: bed linen and towels € 25 per person; Air conditioned € 1,00 per hour. The tourist tax of € 1,00 per
person per day is not included.
Extra guest: in the eventually of extra guest stayng, please inform us and bring an identity document. An additional fee of € 30/45 per day will
be added.
Cancellation Policy
- NO PENALITY :If the guest communicates the cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded the deposit given.
- 2 NIGHTS PENALITY :If the guest communicates the cancellation from 7th day till the date of arrival will keep the value of 2 first nights of the staying.
- NO SHOW :In case of no communication and no show the penalty is 100%.
